Saturday, I thought I might go for a run. The Nike Store has a running group that meets on Saturday mornings, according to the Facebook page, but Facebook lied and there was no running group this morning. Since I was already headed east, I just decided to run down to the Paseo del Prado and run a little loop around the city center.
This took me right by the Museo del Prado, and while I know that the ticket line can get a little long, I was not expecting to see it wrapped around the corner and 7/8 of the way down the side of the building. (Don't have any pictures--didn't take my phone).
Now, I know there's a super popular Bosch exhibit at the Prado right now (One that I hope to visit this coming week--it's been extended to the 25th).
But I was NOT expecting the line to be THAT long at 10:30 on a Saturday morning (which feels like 8:30 AM in Spain, because the cultural clock here is about 2 hours behind the US one).
